About Us

We at Baby Celtic believe in bringing babies back to basics and letting babies just be babies. We are two mothers of small children who have a love for Celtic culture. We love music, we love babies, and we love watching babies discover the joys of lively music and dance. Our focus is to make babies happy and let them enjoy the short time that they are in fact babies (even though it sometimes feels like those sleepless nights will never end!). At Baby Celtic, it's all about making babies happy.

Baby Celtic - The Making

It started with a revelation. Like all little ones, our babies had episodes where they were fussy and irritable and seemed beyond soothing. And like all parents, we tried any number of things to calm their fussing and engage their interest. Then we found the answer: Celtic music. As soon as we would play our Celtic favorites, their whole attitude would change. The lips were no longer pouting, the high-pitched cries abruptly stopped, and they became instantly animated and happy...it was a miracle!

So we thought: "Wouldn't it be nice if all parents had something like this - cheerful and dependable entertainment for their fussy babies? Something the little ones could be amused with, yet stimulated by, while we cooked dinner, did the laundry, or just plain took a bit of time for ourselves to watch Oprah?"

And so Baby Celtic was born. We created a visual outlet to entertain babies and, at the same time, expose them to cultural music. Celtic music is happy music - and let's face it, who doesn't want their baby to be happy?

Our Product

We believe that all babies are naturally curious and that learning stems from their ability to have fun and explore new things. Bringing new music and different types of culture into your baby's home that stimulates their senses, encourages discovery and most of all ignites their imagination is, in our view, one of the best gifts a parent can give.
